Oldman – 3D Character Commission

3D character project carried out as a private commission. The client provided several conceptual references and guided me through the process of defining the character's personality and final appearance.

Although we started with a variety of references, the final interpretation—especially of the face—was developed by me to reinforce the character's age, personality, and presence.

Modelled in ZBrush, Blender and Maya, textured in Substance Painter, grooming in XGen, lighting and rendering in Arnold.

This is a series of characters for a short film. This one in particular is marked by the experience and harshness of the times in which he lives. Good for business, I sought to convey a mixture of wisdom and roguishness, exhaustion and determination in his expression and posture.

I would like to thank Oguz Garip and his colleague for giving me this opportunity to develop this project with them. I hope to be able to show new advances.
